Is the rule system of " The 7 days of 1809" exactly the same as in "the last days of the Grand Armée"?

Seven Days of 1809 has evolved from Last Days, in many large and small ways. Also, it lacks the 'Elan' Option of Last Days.

In " the last days", there are a lot of rules-problems , as you can see on the many questions I have about it in the "Last days- section". Some are answered. A lot are not answered.
In my opinion, " Last days" needs a second "questions & answers"-list or a new errata-list.
The one which is included doesn't clear my answers.
