I know that other Higways to... are in progress, but maybe some suggestions for more:
HIGHWAY TO WIEN - 1805 and 1809 campaigns
HIGHWAY TO PARIS - 1814 and 1815 campaigns
And we have covered all Napoleonic Wars in 5x system :)

I concur with the ideas for Highway to Wien and Highway to Paris. Perhaps we can even add a 5X system version of the wars in Italy, Highway to Rome? That would actually let us all rent a small warehouse somewhere and set up a complete map of Europe at the 5X scale and do the whole Napoleonic wars! :)

I think that 5x should be used only where it is necessary like in Russia or Spain. 5x and its ZOC rules ..... well I dont feel it as good as 1x :).
I think Spain is the most interesting and forgotten part of Napoleonic Wars. Yet there is no good game about this theater of operations (War to the Death seems not be possible to be won by French and Wellington is more 'family' game. Even this title 'Wellington' is telling us from which point of view (wrong point of view ;) ) is this game made.)

And of course they are working on Highway to Madrid (note that there is some difficulty with the 5X system even here according to the development commenst I've seen) which covers your concern about Spain. My point was that through use of the 5x system we could literally build a map of Europe that would allow us to simulate all of the Napoleonic Wars with greater ease than by trying to use the various sub-elements at different scales. See?

I think that War in Spain will be hard to simulate using just 5X rules. This war, many battles, almost all battles ;) that were lost by French, were due to personal feelings between marshalls. Fuentos de Onoro (Besseries vs Massena), early actions in north Portugal/Spain (Soult vs Ney), Talavera (Soult vs Joseph vs Victor) .... Soult was not listening to Joseph, was dreaming about his Kingdom. In reality every marshall was commanding his own district and was not listening to Joseph and often ignoring Napoleon. This was not war with Center of Operations and giving orders. Center of Operations was in Paris, from where Napoleon was giving his orders. They were often very good, but.....2-3 weeks out of date.
1814 and 1815 are already portraied, dont think that they need 5X. Look for 1814, Napoleon was commanding little army - 30,000, plus detechments. This was smth like Italy 1796/97. Numbers in 1796/97, 1814 and 1815 are too small to for 5X. Spain is even to small for 5X cause there were max 300,000 French troops from Badajoz to Barcelona. In HttK they were massed on one road mostly, so here 5X was needed.
1813 is also problematic. Look for spring camapign, French cavalry corps were 3-4 thousand horses, that is even not 1SP in 5X scale.
