Hello

I have 2 questions:

1)Where does a commander appear in the map such as Bernadotte or Napoleon, could it be anywhere where early friendly reiforcements appeared?

2)I don't understand well how we deploy vedettes physically in the map in an arc instructed by the Secure Column card.
