i think that it a good idea to make a new scenario with 2 years campaign (1812-1813).
what do you think

So, just extending the Turn Record Track? Change the victory conditions? When do the Prussians change sides in that case? Austrians?

I suppose one could tie the Prussian and Austrian defections to National Morale and a matrix, like is done in NaC with the German allies.

That would work. In the Prussian case, the troops defected before the King was ready to change sides, so realignment would have to be separated into two results on the table, for example, troops defect on a 1-3 but realignment on a 1. Political Realignment would actually give control of the Prussian forces to the Coalition Player.

Or even make it a delayed effect, with realignment occurring X turns after the defection--I suppose it depends somewhat on how effective Prussian participation was immediately after their realignment and how deterministic the procedure should be.
The main use of a 2-year scenario would be exploring the alternate strategies of the French wintering at say Smolensk and resuming the campaign in the spring of 1813. Unfortunately, that brings alot of guesswork with it.

So, just extending the Turn Record Track => simple
Change the victory conditions? => the same but at end 1813
When do the Prussians change sides in that case? Austrians? => depend of moral , conquest and number of man in the french army
another problem is the renforcement in infantery/cavalery/arillery/leader

Reinforcements and Replacements would indeed have to be researched.
