Are the 1809 rules the same as 1806? Can we play 1806 and the other titles of Days with the new 1809 rules?

Edgar,
You can, but with caution. For example, the cost of crossing a stream in Seven Days of 1809 is +2, while in the other games it is +1. That difference is because of the season, the remains of snow run off and heavy rains that is particular to April of 1809.

Thanks :) .
I'm now reading "1806" rules (I bought the game some weeks ago) and wanted to know if I should read 1809 instead 1806. And know the differences between both to only read one set of rules, but if it's only the river modifier there is no problem, if another important rule as vedettes is changed then it would be a problem (read 1 booklet and not both).
I'm going to start playing the 1st battle scenario, only by rulebook and components this serie (6 days) I think I will have a great evening.

Hi Edgar,
I am glad you are going to play 1806. Please download the rules to Seven Daysof 1809 here http://www.napoleongames.com/Rules/7D09_Rules_3_14.zip
Unfortunately that is not the final rules...
On your order, I am afraid we mailed your Highway to the Kremlin game by surface and not airmail. We will be happy to send another copy to you by airmail if you will let us kow your wishes.

 Shit... or Merde. 3-4 months to arrive!!! Well, no problem, then I will have more time for 1806 and when Highway arrive I'll consider it as my own Christmas gift :p
Better than having 2 Kremlins here (with the lack of players it would be a sin) discount me $6 for the next P250 game I ordered, the difference between airmail and surface. I think the next could be Swords Around a Throne as I've read in one of your recent posts.
Thanks for your offer.

Edgar,
Do not worry, the game should not take so long to arrive: Six or Seven Weeks for Spain. Baltimore is a large port and it has ships going there every week. I will credit to your paypal account the airmail portion of your payment. Sorry for our mistake.

East coast.. I can wait 6 weeks and more. What I can't wait is the mate (next P250: Select your opponent, "Kutu" or "Nappy") you put in the box for playing face to face :D
Thanks for the info and a total refund of shipping :)
On Topic: I like the new officer counters with the picture of them instead a star. Even more feeling to the game.

Edgar,
We will include leader portraits on counters from now on (provided we have room for all values).
I can help you find some opponents in your area if you tell me some postal codes to search for in the database.

I'm from Valencia, Spain. I think we won't have luck but trying is cheap.
