Hello
I digged down into Napoleonic games for quite a while. Now I wanted to systemize the whole thing because I did realize that the different systems (sometimes also called "series") are even in their respective fields (eg. "tactical", "operational" or "strategic") total different in scale or menpower.
So could you help me by bringing at least the Kevin Zucker games to a systemized matrix by subtotalling games into "series"??
For example:
* Napoleon's Last Battles (NLB) - Series:
- scale: 480m/ hex;
- strength: 500-800 men/SP;
- turn-duration: 1 hour/turn;
- Games: Napoleon's Last Battles/ Napoleon at Leipzig/ ...
* DAYS (1X??) - Series
- scale 1.600m/ hex;
- strength 800-1.000 men/SP;
- turn-duration 1 day/turn (??);
- Games: 1809/ 1806/ ...
This could be the matrix. Can you help me to fill out the rest of Kevin's innovative systems?
Thanks to all of you trying to help
Andy

Kevin,
thanks a lot for this list. It is wonderful to get the answer from the "boss" himself, so no confusion could be made... :D
It will bring me up to speed when discussing Napoleonic games
Thanks again

I guess this means that Highway to Madrid is the next game coming from OSG ?

It is looking like Swords Around a Throne but that is not official yet. We will have some meetings about this...

Kevin,
I would like to come up with an "ongoing" question:
You also designed games which have been pulished with other companies (e.g. AH, COA, etc.). Is it possible that you'll post these games also to your list which you already posted here?
Many thanks
Andy

Kevin,
thanks for the WORD-list of all your designed games. It's handy to have them on paper in one whole package.
I think I have put may question in a quite misinterpreting form, because actually I'd like to know which of the "other" Napoleonic games (NOT published with your OSG) - e.g. "1807: The Eagles turn East" or "The Emperor Returns" are to put in the list I mentioned (NLB, DAYS, CNS-1X, CNS-2X, etc.).
So for example, is 1807 a "DAYS"-game due to the scale of 1,650 m/hex or is it a "CNS-(1X)"-game due to the box-cover telling so.
As I already said, I'd like to summ up ALL your Napoleonic games fitting in these serial definements.
...and by the way: Is it correct and ok that I try to do a thing like that or do I offend your credit-approvments? Would like to know,
Thanks anyway
