question about depots use

I am playing the NaC, great game!
I am not sure about the use of depots. In rule 102 (exclusive), and 177 it seems that depots can be used by both french and alleates, according the initial deployment.
105: When you say that "on the following turn it is completly deactivated, unless the LOC was restored", do you mean that afterwords it can be used by the enemy, right? In other words a depot is never destroied but it is used to the last seed of grain by one side and afterword, it can be used by the other side (if a LOC obviously exist).

Hi Andrea,

When the depot is captured there is a one-turn interval when it cannot be used, when the depot is being restocked. During that turn it must have a LOC. Then it can be used on the following turn.
