Question of setup - scenario D - E - F

Dear Mr Zucker,

In these scenarios the march table of the major part of the Bohemian Army indicate greyed cases.

Does that mean that corresponding leaders and units are setup out of map ?
If yes are their allowed to enter from any hex from the south ?

Yes, they set-up off map. This was answered in the Q&A I think...

[167.] Off Map at Start: Coalition Forces (other than Bennigsen and forces entering on turns 2 & 3), and the French Force of Girard, which begin the
Scenario Off-Map, are available to enter the map on any turn anywhere along the appropriate mapedge (see ¶142). This also applies to the off-map Supply Sources in Scenario A. Enter them at any time by using the procedure for "Changing the Active Supply Source" (the SS is flipped in step Ia2 and in the next turn's Admin segment it is placed to the new site)
Off-map Movement of Reinforcements
You may treat reinforcements as "exited" forces [142] and delay their entry, moving them by off-map movement to another entry hex.

Thanks for the precision. :)
It was not clear for me these forces started off-map as in previous scenario (C and D) they are already on the map.
