Questions regarding battles

1) The additional troops table states the following:
Spain:6 inf , Russia: 2 cav , Other:2 inf + 1 cav.
Does that mean that a Spanish army recieving additional troops recieves 6 inf, or does it mean that an army recieving troops recieves 6 additional Inf if in Spain?

2) Losing Divisions

5.618 Example
"(...) Every Corps must rout one Division before any Corps rout a second (...). All committed Ghost Divisions and Garrisons are considered a single Corps when allocating routed units."

a) May a player choose to (or start by) routing/eliminate a Ghost/Garrison Division before routing/eliminating a Division from a (real) Corps ?

b) I assumes the same procedure is used when removing casualties from Bombardment or Massed Batteries, right ?

I am still not sure what the answer is to the 2 questions above.

Btw .. A Commander that was reassigned during the French players 1811 spring turn War Declaration step, do not give movement bonuses to the army he was reassigned to before the summer turn, right ?
