If a force moves through a hex occupied by a friendly force, and that friendly force can be subordinated to the moving force, does movement have to stop if the forces consolidate. Since consolidation can only happen at the end of a phase, I assume that the new combined force cannot continue to move, even if the maximum movement has not been expended.
