OSG UPDATE:* A New Game From OSG ...
In writing Special Study Nr. 5, I created a tactical-level game just to help me visualize certain pivotal moments in the battle of Jena. It is quite useful to have units to actually push around while you are writing. Gradually, the idea morphed into a 4LB-scale series of games on Jena-Auerstädt, Pultusk-Golymin, Eylau, and Friedland. Jason has been playtesting revisions to Four Lost Battles for the past year, and this groundwork will be very useful. We are busy creating the counter mix and all four 22" x 34" maps now. All our research is already done and in useful form (the Special Studies). Please check out the details http://www.napoleongames.com/TCS.html
Lock-in your pre-order at 30%-off, and get four full-sized games for $21 each (including 2 card decks). We probably will NOT be able to maintain this price for very long, so pre-order now... http://www.napoleongames.com/store.html#TCS
Thanks! -Kevin Zucker

PRODUCTION UPDATE
Special Study Nr. 5 is at the printers now. The hard-copy proof was delayed, because of the amount of snow on the roads. The proof has to be checked carefully and then printing can begin. The book had to be expanded from 128 pages to 160 pages because of the wealth of detail in the order of battle appendices provided by John Wladis - a separate study in itself. I haven't seen anything like it!

NAPOLEONIC TOUR
Bonaparte in Italy, the Quadrilateral - 26-31 May, 2010
Walking the battlefields during the day, exploring the Italian outback, seeing historic villages, meeting like-minded people, and gaming at night ... we will be playing "The Coming Storm." If that sounds like heaven, we still have a few seats left. Please spread the word to your friends who might be interested.
You can follow developments on the tour planning and join the discussion at ...

UPDATE: Mr. Zucker will present a seminar for the Army Officers Club of Mantova.
We have added a battlefield from the 1799 campaign. Near the 1796 battlefield of Caldiero lies the town of Magnano. The authority on that battle, Massimo Zanca, author of the book Pozzolo 1800, will guide us over the field where French General Scherer divided his force in 4 columns.
This tour is limited to 15 participants. Reserve Your Space Now or email for more information.
