I believe I have this right but please confirm.

Any time a unit is in an EZOC both it and the enemy unit or units is revealed. Correct?

To me this means "as soon as a unit enters an enemy zoc those units are revealed. Which mean you don't wait for a repulse attempt or the combat phase. Correct?

When 1.52 states "... or the Repulse or Combat Phase has been resolved, they are once again hidden." this refers to units that were revealed but are no longer in an EZOC due to retreats or unit elimination. Correct?

This seems pretty clear to me but I just want to double check as the word "or" throws me. Maybe I'm thinking too hard.

Thanks.

Lance,

Please read carefully - when it comes to sequencing the revealing of units timing is critical. The intent of the rules is that you do not know the identity or strength of a unit until after the Movement Phase. That is stated clearly I believe.

Think of it this way. Even though the guys on the ground may often be able to see immediately what they are facing, that knowledge takes some time to filter back to HQ (that's where you sit).

Kevin,

Ahh, you're right, the revealing of hidden units is clearly stated in the first three items of 1.51; I should have read more carefully. As for the re-hiding of the units I have one question. Paragraph 1.52 states clearly that as long as the units remain in an EZOC they remain revealed. Paragraph 11.1 #7 reinforces that by saying that stacks no longer in an EZOC are flipped to their hidden side (and this is the last step in the combat phase). That is also very clear to me. My question concerns the last sentence of paragraph 1.52, "... or the Repulse or Combat Phase has been resolved, they are once again hidden." Does this mean that at the end of the Combat and Repulse phases units in EZOC are hidden or is it "at the end of the Combat and Repulse phases any revealed units no longer in an EZOC are flipped to their hidden side"?

Thank you.

Lance,

The answer is as you wrote, at the end of the Combat phase and Repulse any revealed units no longer in an EZOC are flipped to their hidden side.
