Tourny Game?

Is there any pariticluar scenarios/titles from OSG that lends itself to tourny type play? By that I mean it can be completed in a short amount of time and is balanced. There is always switch sides and play again but that would double the time needed. It would be interesting to see an OSG tourny at some of these conventions. A Napoleonic tourny would certainly raise some eye-brows! Three or four different scenarios would be ideal.

There could be made tournament on net. Fast battle-scenarios playing both sides with games that players own.
