I am developing a Cyberboard gamebox for this game. I am actively working with Kevin to ensure the highest quality product to compliment the paper game. As I finish the gamebox and scenarios, I will make a more formal announcement of its availability.

Just a quick update on the Gamebox for 7 Days of 1809. The Gamebox is complete and most of the scenarios are built. Just two remaining scenarios to build and then check to make sure it all works.

I am building the gamebox with owned boxes, with only the top view of the counter (the French/Austrian Flag) visible to the other side. For those not familiar with Cyberboard, ownership allows for an increased Fog of War as the opponent can only see the top of the unit and cannot investigate stacks.

Once units are adjacent or have LOS as per the rules, the owner will have to release ownership of the unit so that it can be flipped to its strength side and combat resolved.

For the solitaire players out there (like myself), when creating the game, include the referee .gam file in your build. Then, just play using the referee.gam file and delete the others.

This game may work really well with a referee and double blind...

I have completed the Cyberboard Gamebox for 7 Days of 1809. Anyone interested may email me, with appropriate documentation that you own the original game, for a copy.

This gamebox is built and will require CB version 3.6BETA to use.

Jim,

Where can people go to get a copy of Cyberboard? Is it available for Mac users?

Kevin,

Cyberboard V3.6Beta, which I used to build the gamebox, is available here:
http://loakes.dyndsl.com/limeyyankgames/ .

Version 3.6 gives better color resolution than the current version 2.0. Hopefully version 3 will be coming soon.

I understand that Cyberboard can be run on a MAC using a PC emulator, but I don't know the particulars of how, or how well, it works.

Forrest,

It isn't listed on Limey's update page (see link). I believe Jim Anderson plans to submit the gamebox to Limey Yank.

Unable to get the CB gamebox through LimeyYank's email.

You can download it here:

Remember this was built using CB v3.7BETA.
