Columbus Area Boardgaming Society

We meet the ODD FRIDAYS of the month from 5pm till 2am+

All types of boardgaming are played ... We are averaging 60+ gamers at our meetings ... 100+ members of the club of which about a quarter to a third are wargamers ...

About 20% are women ...

We have the BUCKEYE GAME FEST in the fall of every year. We host the BPAs BLOCK PARTY in the spring and of course we work hard in the WAR ROOM ar Origins ...

We get together on the odd Fridays ...

We have a special meeting coming up ... On the FRIDAY after Thanksgiving we start gaming at noon and go until midnight !!!

Last year we hit 1000 at our last meeting of the year. This year we hope to hit 2000 !!!

65 gamers on the 5th of November ... We are 288 gamers away from having 2000 gamers attend our events this year ... We have 3 regular meetings and our special AFTER TURKEY DAY GAME FEST to get there ... Going to be close ...

I would just like to tell you all about the 1st international Napoleonic Wargaming Club

it is a computer based club on the web, we have players from around the world we use games from Talonsort and HPS and also lots which are made from our members, we have to forums which we can swop idea's and challenges

This is the largest wargaming competition in France, organized by Frédéric Bey (he is standing on the left). Next to him is Nicolas Stratigos, Vae Victis Magazine editor-in-chief.

Hundreds of players took part. Paul Baratou (5th from left) won the Seven Days of 1809 and Grégory Anton won the Bonaparte in Italy games contributed as prizes by OSG.

We congratulate the organizers for their efforts in promoting the hobby!
